How It Started

Founder Emily Hart spent years styling homes for friends and family, always searching for pieces that combined quality craftsmanship with timeless design. Frustrated by mass-produced furniture that looked good for a season and fell apart in a year, she decided to build something better — a collection of considered, well-made pieces chosen to last a lifetime.

Today, Emily and her small team travel to makers and workshops across the UK and Europe, hand-selecting every item that makes it onto the shop floor. From solid oak dining tables to handwoven textiles, each piece earns its place.
